Estimate Child Support Payable
If you want to check or find out an estimate of how much child support may be payable. This calculator provides an excellent estimate but you should not rely on it in place of a Child Support Assessment. You must lodge a Child Support Application to get get a Child Support Assessment in place.

Percentage of Care for Child Estimator
This estimate enables you to calculate the percentage of time (‘care percentage’) you have for your child or children over a year. The Child Support formula changes based on the ‘care percentage’.

Car Prices Guide & Valuation
The search facility from Red Book enables you to research car prices and also offers a Valuation Report.

Share Prices (Australia)
If you have shares as part of your property pool, you can use the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) website to obtain the current price (value) of a share.

Centrelink Payment & Service Finder
This tool from the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) helps you find out how much money you might be able to get from the Department, including for example:

  • Centrelink Payments, including pensions & allowances
  • Family Tax Benefit
  • Child Care fee assistance
  • Comparing Youth Allowance or Abstudy with family assistance payments to work out which payment is better for you.

Budget Planner
This ASIC resource gives you practical steps to help you budget, see where your money is going etc.

Credit Card Calculator
You can use this to see how long it will take to pay off your card if you only make the minimum repayments and how much time (and money on interest) you’ll save if you make higher repayments.

Personal Loan Calculator

You can enter a street address here to give you an estimate of the house price and in some cases, obtain the property history including the last sold for price.  You can also enter a suburb or postcode to do property price research.

Stamp Duty on Property Purchase Calculator
This calculator gives you an idea of the Government Stamp Duty payable when you purchase a house, or land in Australia.  It includes Foreign Buyers Duty if that is applicable for you.

Rent vs Buy Calculator
You can use this calculator to see how your finances would look seven years after buying a home, or continuing to rent for that period, helping you to make a choice between the two.

Income Tax Calculator
